Case Study: James Durman, Personal Trainer

“The Ski Mojo isn’t just for people with injuries or older skiers”

James Durman is a 36-year-old personal trainer who loved using the Ski Mojo:

“The Ski Mojo works well for skiing and snowboarding”

I first heard about the Ski Mojo in 2005 as my uncle knows the founder, Martin Hannaford. I was introduced to the product for the first time at the London Ski and Snowboard Show that year.

I’m a capable and confident skier and snowboarder and can ski and board most terrains. I’ve been skiing and snowboarding all my life, so swap between the two depending on the weather and snow conditions.

I have used the Ski Mojo while both snowboarding and skiing. My experience is that it works well for both, although it’s better for skiing as it’s slightly more difficult to attach the Mojo to soft snowboard boots than harder plastic ski boots.

“I found skiing with the Ski Mojo instantly effortless”

I found skiing with the Ski Mojo instantly effortless.

I’m a 36-year-old personal trainer and fairly fit and strong. I have played most sports and competed at county level in rugby, so skiing doesn’t really tire me out. However, with the Ski Mojo I felt like I could push that much harder.

“It allowed me to ski all day without having breaks”

The turns felt sharper and every movement was easy. It allowed me to ski all day without having breaks (apart from the lifts) and so managed to get much more skiing in.

“I would love to use the Ski Mojo again”

I live in New Zealand now and don’t go skiing as much as I would like, but I would definitely buy another if I went more often…I would love to use the Ski Mojo again.
